Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Overnight Shift Leader to guide and motivate our night crew, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining top food safety and quality standards.

You will lead, train and develop a team, driving operational excellence during 10pm–6am shifts and contributing to a positive work environment for crew members.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to enhance guest experience.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards across daily operations.
• Oversee shift activities and ensure smooth service during night hours.
