Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Melbourne is seeking an Overnight Shift Leader to guide the night crew, coach and motivate the team, and uphold strict food safety and quality standards to deliver great guest experiences. You will set the tone for operational excellence and a positive work environment.

The role involves leading the team from 10pm to 6am, delivering training and supporting career growth within a culture that celebrates authentic Mexican cuisine and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
