Job summary

UniLodge Living Group in Sydney-Nirimba is seeking a Night Manager to join the after-hours team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for the safety of residents and the overall management of the building during the overnight hours.

You will gain exposure to security monitoring, incident management, and administrative tasks such as records, payments, audits, and reporting, while providing a friendly point of contact for residents and supporting welfare.

Qualifications

• National Police Check completed within the last 3 months.
• Working with Children Check required.
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Monitor building security and perimeter checks; resolve issues or emergencies during duty.
• Carry out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting.
• Manage incidents during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
• Provide resident support as a friendly point of contact for assistance, information and welfare.
• Respond to resident calls about noise or disturbances and lockouts.
• Attend required training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
