UniLodge is seeking a Night Manager to join our after-hours team at Nirimba. This part-time role focuses on resident safety, building oversight, and incident response during overnight hours.

You'll monitor security, handle administrative tasks, support residents, and participate in mandatory training. Availability to work weekends and public holidays is required, with shifts 4 PM–1 AM. A rewarding environment awaits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Night Manager duties during after-hours at UniLodge properties.
• Maintenance of records and processing payments where required.
• Respond to incidents and assist residents on site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building security and safety; perform perimeter checks.
• Carry out administration tasks and maintain records.
• Manage incidents during night shift and resolve conflicts.
• Act as a contact point for residents for information and welfare.
• Respond to noise or disturbance calls and lockouts.
• Attend mandatory training and staff meetings as required.
