UniLodge Living Group at The University of Sydney is seeking a Night Manager for casual night shifts. You will adapt to situations during evening hours, resolve problems on the spot, and support resident wellbeing while overseeing building operations overnight.

You will monitor security, perform perimeter checks, manage incidents, handle admin tasks, respond to noise calls, and participate in required training. A strong focus on safety and clear communication with residents is essential.

Formación

• Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
• National Police Check - within 3 months
• Working with Children Check (NSW)

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
• Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
• Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
• Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
• Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock outs.
• Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
