Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator for a well-established manufacturing operation in Ipswich. The role offers Monday-to-Friday afternoon shifts with a strong hourly rate and full training if needed.

You will operate overhead cranes, assist with loading/unloading, work closely with production teams and maintain a strong focus on safety and accuracy. Shiftable, ongoing opportunity in a stable operation.

Qualifications

• Overhead crane experience OR a solid manufacturing, production, warehouse or industrial background (Full training provided).
• Comfortable working around heavy products and machinery.
• Reliable, safety-focused and willing to learn.
• Physically capable of performing production duties.

Responsibilities

• Operating overhead cranes to safely move and position steel products.
• Loading, unloading and moving material throughout the facility.
• Working closely with production and dispatch teams.
• General production/material handling duties as required.
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join a well-established manufacturing operation in the Ipswich area.

This is an ongoing afternoon shift position offering consistent Monday-to-Friday hours and a strong hourly rate for someone with the right experience. We will also consider though without experience and have full training available!

The role:

• Operating overhead cranes to safely move and position steel products
• Loading, unloading and moving material throughout the facility
