Job summary

TeamKids in Morayfield is hiring casual Educators for Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable OSHC experience and make a real difference in children's lives.

Shifts are available before and after school, with optional holiday blocks. You’ll receive on-the-job coaching, in-house training and opportunities for career progression within TeamKids.

• Ideally has previous experience working with children, whether in an education or sporting field.
• Passionate about working with children and seeing them thrive.
• Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in.
• Confident communicator with children, parents and colleagues.

The Role - Casual Educator

This is a rolewhere no two days are the same! Work closely with a supportive team to gain valuable experience in the OSHC space and make a real difference in children's lives.

Location: Morayfield

Shifts available between

• 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
• 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
• Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You

• Ideally has previous experience working with children, whether in an education or sporting field.
• Passionate working with children and seeing them thrive

You’ll need (or be willing to get):

• Working with Children Check that is relevant to your state (WWCC,WWVP, Blue card, VIT)
• Ideally has an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) - Visit acecqa.gov.au to learn more about approved qualifications (Includes education, sports and recreation, allied health and more)
• As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
