TheirCare Pty is seeking an Outside of School Hours Care Assistant Coordinator at Rangeview Primary School in Melbourne. You will deliver engaging OSHC programs, support administration, and help build strong relationships with the school community, families, and educators.

Ideal candidates have OSHC experience, a recognised ACECQA qualification, and valid child-safety checks. Opportunities for training, career growth, and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
• ACEQCA recognised qualification or in progress.
• Working with Children’s Check valid in state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a childcare setting.

About the Role:

• Extensive training and supportive environment.
• Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
• Deliver engaging programs alongside your team.
• Build on your management skills and step up as Coordinator as required.
• Assist the Coordinator with the weekly administration tasks.
• Create positive relationships within the school community.
• Hours:7.00am - 9.00am & 2.45pm - 6.00pm + 2 weekly administration hours

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
• Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit www.acecqa.gov.au.
• EmployeeWorking with Children’s Checkvalid in the relevant state.
• Child Protection/Mandatory Reportingcertificate relevant to your state.
• ValidHLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting(including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
• Food Handlingcertificate relevant to your state.
