The TheirCare team at Birmingham Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Outside of School Hours Care Assistant Coordinator to support before and after school programs and holiday activities across local schools. You will deliver engaging programs, work closely with staff, and help manage daily operations to support families.

Ideal candidates will have OSHC or childcare experience, relevant ACECQA qualifications, and required checks.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
• ACECQA recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
• Working with Children’s Check valid in the relevant state.
• Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
• Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (incl. First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma).
• Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging programs with your team.
• Assist the Coordinator with weekly administration tasks.
• Create positive relationships within the school community.
• Step up to Coordinator role as required.
• Hours: 7:00am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:00pm plus weekly admin hours.

About the Role:

• Extensive training and supportive environment.
• Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
• Deliver engaging programs alongside your team.
• Build on your management skills and step up as Coordinator as required.
• Assist the Coordinator with the weekly administration tasks.
• Create positive relationships within the school community.
• Hours:7.00am - 9.00am & 2.30pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
• Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications in your state, please visit www.acecqa.gov.au .
