Full time role up to $95,000 + Super (Negotiable based on experience and skill)

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational responsibility with people development and program delivery. You will ensure families receive exceptional service, children enjoy enriching experiences, and the service remains compliant, organised, and community focused.
About the opportunity
As the OSHC Service Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the service each day. You will lead and mentor educators, build trusting relationships with families and school partners, and ensure the program reflects high standards of quality, safety, and child engagement.
