Job summary

Fly2Health is expanding its national Occupational Therapy team and seeking OTs based in Melbourne for 2027. The role offers a high-trust, autonomous environment with a small, quality-focused caseload and meaningful client relationships.

You will travel to regional and remote communities to deliver outreach services, provide assessments, interventions and ongoing therapy within a supportive multidisciplinary team and with strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Eligible for AHPRA registration or eligible for registration.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as per outreach roster.
• Senior clinical/leadership experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Join a high-performing national OT team based in Melbourne.
• Travel by road and air to deliver outreach services in regional and remote communities.
• Provide assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy to clients.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team including other OTs, psychologists and speech pathologists.
• Support individuals and families with limited access to essential care.
• Contribute to shaping the future of allied health delivery in regional Australia.
