Job summary

Fly2Health Group in Melbourne is seeking Speech Pathologists at all levels to join our national team. We offer a high-trust, high-autonomy role with a small, quality-focused caseload and meaningful client relationships.

You will travel to regional and remote communities, deliver outreach services, provide assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy, and collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other Speech Pathologists.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (mutually recognised).
• SPA registration or eligibility for registration.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight as per outreach roster.
• Passion for delivering healthcare to underserved regional and remote communities.

Responsibilities

• Join a national team of Speech Pathologists.
• Travel by road and air to deliver outreach services in regional and remote communities.
• Provide assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team including OTs, Psychologists and other Speech Pathologists.
• Support individuals and families with limited access to essential care.
• Shaping the future of allied health delivery in regional Australia.
