Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts license or ability to obtain by time of hire.
• APTA/MCAPTA membership preferred.
• CPR certification by time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts PT evaluation procedures per guidelines.
• Establishes treatment goals and plans aligned with patient needs and reimbursement.
• Delivers individual and group therapy with clinical competence.
• Complies with policies and standards.
• Maintains ongoing professional growth and knowledge of regulations.
