Job summary

Victoria Outdoors Pty Ltd in VIC is seeking a qualified Wall and Floor Tiler to join our outdoor landscaping team. You will tile indoor and outdoor areas, lay pavers, interpret plans and ensure high-quality workmanship and safe work practices on residential projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent, has proven tiling experience, reads plans confidently and can work independently or with a crew to meet project schedules while minimising material

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent.
• Experience in wall and floor tiling, paving and outdoor tiling works.
• Ability to read plans, measurements and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare surfaces for tiling and paving works.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and project specifications.
• Lay wall and floor tiles across indoor and outdoor areas.
• Install outdoor tiles, pavers and other surface finishes.
• Apply adhesives, grout and sealants.
• Ensure proper falls, levels and drainage for outdoor areas.
• Maintain safety and tidy work area on site.
