Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School (PEGS) is seeking an Outdoor Education Teacher for the Eildon VIC campus. This is a full-time ongoing role with a four-year tenured appointment as Deputy Camp Manager, commencing 25 January 2027, working closely with the Camp Manager to deliver an exceptional program.

The role involves leading camps at Eildon, developing students’ teamwork and resilience, and contributing to school leadership and day-to-day operations.

Qualificações

• Teaching qualifications and VIT registration.
• Outdoor Education related qualifications with ropes and Wilderness First Aid advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to child safety and student welfare.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Boat licence preferred but not essential.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Outdoor Education program at PEGS Eildon campus.
• Support leadership, management and day-to-day operation of the campus.
• Contribute to student growth, wellbeing, challenge and adventure.
• Collaborate with Camp Manager.
