Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen.
• Passion for BBQ, smoking, grilling and live-fire cooking.
• Experience with Asado-style cooking and smokers or rotisserie equipment.
• Ability to manage own section and work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Availability Friday to Sunday.
