Job summary

Rojo Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Designer to join our small design team and work directly with the Founder across Rojo Outerwear and POW Gloves. This hands-on role offers end-to-end product experience—from trend research and concept development through to spec sheets, sampling and range delivery—while shaping both brands’ creative direction.

You’ll draw on a library of graphics to craft curated ranges, contribute to go-to-market activations, and travel to trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion design or product development roles.
• Strong sketching and concept development ability.
• Detail-oriented with range documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Research trends across snow and outdoor markets and translate into product direction.
• Design commercial products within landed cost targets.
• Develop storyboards, silhouettes, color palettes, trims and range concepts.
• Produce and maintain spec sheets and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines.
