Job summary

Reporting to the Water and Sewerage Supervisor, this role involves maintenance, repairs, and installation work, with opportunities for professional development and a balanced outback lifestyle within a close-knit community.

Qualifications

• Plumber Trade Qualification and a valid General Construction Induction Card are required.
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing maintenance, repairs and installation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake plumbing and drainage works across construction, maintenance and operations of council.
• Organise and coordinate assigned tasks and resources.
• Undertake testing and inspections.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies, breakdowns and service requests across the shire.
