Job summary

NetEvoTech Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Technician to oversee drone service operations, field maintenance, and after-sales support across agricultural, mining, and related sectors.

You will work with stakeholders, train pilots and technicians, ensure safety, and improve service quality while travel to remote sites across Australia. Applications require legal work status and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drone service operations, including flights and maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and assist colleagues with tasks.
• Generate repair and maintenance service quotations.
• Efficiently manage and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee inventories of spare parts, tools, and support equipment.
• Engage in R&D for drone and robotics development.
• Conduct inspections, repairs, and provide detailed flight analysis reports.
• Test and troubleshoot drone systems and related equipment.
• Deliver exemplary after-sales support and on-site technical repairs.
• Train new pilots and technicians while maintaining professional conduct.
• Prioritize safety and ensure readiness of drones and robotics for operations.
• Handle on-site commissioning, maintenance, and testing tasks.
• Foster positive relationships with staff and customers.
