Transport Main Roads (TMR) in Cloncurry invites applications for a permanent Engineer (Civil). You will deliver road infrastructure projects via contract administration and provide technical input across design, construction and maintenance with guidance from senior staff.

Relocation and appointment expenses are covered and a competitive salary with FREE housing is offered. You will gain exposure to the North West District and rotate across teams for development and RPEQ certification support.

Formación

• Four-year, Washington Accord accredited, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
• Criminal history check as part of the selection process.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in selecting contract process and administer the contract for delivery.
• Identify potential issues and negotiate design modifications for acceptance.
• Determine bridge/road maintenance procedures and manage tasks.
• Calculate quantities, analyse test results, identify non-conformances, and manage risk assessments.
• Rotations within teams for professional development and provide planning/design support; maintain stakeholder liaison.
