Job summary

Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Broken Hill residential aged care homes.

You will deliver person-centred, high-quality clinical care and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support residents and their families. You will work under the direction of a Clinical Manager, mentoring junior staff and ensuring documentation, care planning and medication management meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
• Experience in aged care and chronic/dementia care desirable.
• All shifts available; ability to work nights when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and advanced clinical support to residents.
• Supervise and support care team under Clinical Manager guidance.
• Collaborate with doctors, families and multidisciplinary staff.
• Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
