Job summary

OTR is seeking a Console Operator to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced store setting. You will help keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming for guests, while assisting across checkout, restocking and product queries.

The role offers flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, with on-your-feet work and some lifting. Training in barista coffee and product promos is provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Capable of working alone or in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends.
• Be eager to learn and promote store products and specials.

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
