OTR Group is hiring a Console Operator to deliver exceptional guest experiences, keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming, and to manage busy periods with efficient time use. You will handle barista coffee offerings and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The role requires strong customer service, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training will cover product ranges, promotions, and store standards.

OTR - Console Operator

About The Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.
