Job summary

OTR is hiring a Console Operator in Adelaide. You will focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, keeping the store clean and well-stocked, and creating a welcoming environment for Guests. The role is fast-paced and requires multitasking and time management.

You will work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends, and have opportunities to learn about and promote our wide range of products and specials across Viva Energy Retail’s brands.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working alone as well as within a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Available to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends.

OTR - Console Operator

About the Role

As a Console Operator, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our multiple food offerings and the best barista coffee you’ll ever taste.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
