Job summary

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CommBank) is seeking an Associate to join the OTC Regulatory Reconciliations and Reporting Operations team, supporting Institutional Banking and Markets clients.

You will execute end-to-end trade reporting, reconciliations and controls across OTC derivatives, FX and commodities, handling high-volume workflows within strict regulatory timeframes while collaborating with Front Office, Technology, Compliance and Legal to strengthen risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end trade reporting and reconciliations across OTC derivatives, FX and commodities.
• Manage daily workflows and regulatory timeframes.
• Investigate and resolve reporting exceptions.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Technology, Compliance and Legal to strengthen risk controls.
• Support process improvements and risk-control initiatives.
• Maintain audit trails and control documentation.
