Responsibilities

• Lead and support four employed OTs, helping them strengthen clinical reasoning and case discussions.
• Manage your own clinical caseload alongside team development activities.
• Provide mentoring, performance feedback and professional development planning for the team.
• Oversee clinical templates and assessment tools, with admin support handling CRM and invoicing.
