Job summary

CPP is seeking a brand-new Manager - OT Cyber Security to lead the development of an enterprise OT cyber security program across all customer project delivery. You will build frameworks, policies and risk assessments, embedding secure-by-design principles through tendering, design, procurement, construction and handover.

You'll collaborate with engineering, legal, procurement and project teams to embed OT security across CPP's projects and governance, enabling senior stakeholders to understand

Qualifications

• Deep OT cyber security knowledge in critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with IEC 62443, AESCSF and SOCI Act obligations.
• OT cyber security experience; degree in cyber/IT/engineering.
• Recognised OT/ICS or cyber security certification (GICSP, CISSP, CISM) is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate technical issues to execs.
• Commercial, collaborative approach and autonomy to build new capability.

Responsibilities

• Act as CPP's OT cyber security Manager for project delivery.
• Establish OT cyber security governance and standards per IEC 62443.
• Lead OT risk assessments, compliance docs, and vendor evaluations.
• Translate customer cyber requirements into project deliverables.
• Develop OT security architectures, controls, and remote access.
• Review site acceptance testing to verify controls.
• Maintain audit-ready docs and support patch management and change control.
• Provide guidance to executives and project teams on cyber obligations.
• Monitor threats and regulatory requirements for CPP as EPC contractor.
