Job summary

EML Group is hiring an Investigations Case Manager to screen and gather public data using open-source intelligence software. You will analyse data, generate detailed reports and ensure information aligns with certifications, while handling sensitive information with discretion.

The role is full-time, based in Newcastle/Sydney/Parramatta with hybrid work options after training and a max-term contract to 30 June 2027.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Class 2E (Private Investigator) Licence
• Understand and comply with SIRA Standards of Practice
• Proficient in using open-source intelligence software; Maltego and Caspar advantageous
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data with excellent critical thinking
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate findings to stakeholders
• Able to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential

The purpose of this role is to screen and gather public data using open-source intelligence software. As a full-time Investigations Case Manager, you’ll analyse the data, generate reports and ensure information is in line with their certification.

This will be a max term contract to 30 June 2027, full time position based in our Newcastle/Sydney/Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

About You
