The YMCA WA is seeking an OSHC Supervisor for a part-time role at the new Dawesville service. You will lead and manage the service alongside the Area Manager, delivering high-quality programs and maintaining daily compliance, behaviour and ratios while building positive relationships with children, parents and the school community.

Ideal candidates hold ACECQA approved qualifications (Certificate IV in OSHC, Diploma in Children’s Services, or Bachelor of Education) and can obtain the required

Qualifications

• First Aid certifications required.
• Police check and WWCC required.
• ACE CECQA approved qualifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the new DAwesville OSHC service alongside Area Manager.
• Guide the team in delivering high-quality service programs.
• Oversee daily compliance, behaviour and ratios.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and the school community.
