Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Manly, NSW to lead a vibrant before and after school care program. You will guide a passionate team, ensure a safe and compliant service, and build strong partnerships with families and the school community.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor educators, manage rostering and CCS processes, and deliver engaging activities for children while meeting regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with children, families and staff.
• Experience leading and coaching educators in an OSHC or education setting.
• Solid understanding of NQF requirements, staffing expectations and service compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach educators to deliver a high quality, child led OSHC program aligned with the NQF and My Time, Our Place.
• Oversee rostering, enrolments, bookings, CCS administration and daily compliance.
• Plan and review engaging activities and coordinate excursions within budget.

About the service

Join a warm, community focused OSHC service on the Northern Beaches. We offer before and after school care during term time and a fun, high quality Vacation Care program in the holidays. Service hours include morning and afternoon sessions during school terms, with full day programs in holiday periods.

The opportunity

Lead a passionate team to deliver a safe, engaging and compliant OSHC program that children love and families trust. You will oversee daily operations, mentor educators and build strong partnerships with families and the school community.

What you will do

• Work split shifts during term time with paid administration hours. During school holidays and pupil free days, work extended program hours for Vacation Care.
• Lead and coach educators to deliver a high quality, child led program aligned with the NQF and My Time, Our Place.
• Ensure the service meets regulatory and responsible person requirements.
• Plan and review engaging activities and coordinate excursions and incursions within budget.
• Build strong school and community partnerships that promote inclusion and positive behaviour support.
• Oversee rostering, enrolments, bookings, CCS administration and daily compliance.
• Communicate confidently with families to create a welcoming experience.

About you

• A confident, hands on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with children, families and staff.
• Solid understanding of NQF requirements, staffing expectations and service compliance.
• NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management or willingness to obtain
• Child protection training
• Experience working with school age children in OSHC or education, including program planning and team leadership.
• Diploma level qualification in OSHC or school age education and care.
