Job summary

TeamKids, the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia, seeks a Director of Service (Coordinator) for our Narrabundah service. You will lead a team to create a safe, engaging program, supervise children, and foster strong relationships with the school and community.

You'll work split shifts Monday to Friday (7:30–9:30; 2:10–6:00) with admin hours, and you may work from home for admin tasks. You’ll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a team in a childcare or education setting.
• Ability to build partnerships with schools and communities.
• Strong at planning and delivering engaging activities.
• Compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service staff to deliver safe OSHC program.
• Plan engaging activities aligned with school and family needs.
• Manage service operations and rostering.
• Maintain strong relationships with school and community.
