Job summary

Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Coordinator for Frankston and Cranbourne, VIC. The role is casual with shifts across Before/After School Care and Vacation Care, paying $49.88-$52.15 per hour plus 12% super.

You will design engaging activities, ensure safety, and support families in a dynamic OSHC program. A Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Early Childhood or related field is preferred, with required checks and training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching or related field.
• A valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging activities and events for OSHC across Frankston and Cranbourne.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks and manage daily program activities.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager and compliance team.
• Engage with families and school leadership to build strong connections.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the service to ensure smooth operations.
