Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is hiring a Casual Educator for OSHC Holiday HQ at Moreton Downs. This role fits around university timetables and can be ideal for students, teacher’s aides, or school officers who want school holiday work.

You’ll work mainly Holiday HQ shifts across school holidays (6am-6pm), gaining hands-on experience with primary school children in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2Year QualifiedEducatorin QLDin accordance with ACECQA
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• A genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check.
• Must have valid Australian work rights.
