Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Holiday HQ Casual Educator to support primary school children during school holidays at Cedar Creek. The role fits around your current university timetable and may suit students, teacher's aides or school staff seeking holiday work.

The position is mainly holiday shift work from 6am to 6pm, with a focus on creating engaging, safe experiences and supporting development through play in a caring environment. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 1 or 2Year QualifiedEducatorin QLDin accordance with ACECQA
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• Must be available for at least 3 afternoon shifts per week
• A genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state working-with-children check
• Must have valid Australian work rights
