Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Holiday HQ Educator to work at our Bunyip service during school holidays. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, fostering strong relationships with children and families while joining a supportive team.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 7.00am–6.00pm, with possible ongoing term-time opportunities. Competitive hourly pay and family-friendly benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and a desire to grow in the role.
• Team player with aspirations to develop as an educator.
• Willing to obtain a national police check (covered by us).
• State working-with-children check is required.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-Level qualification working towards or completed per ACECQA.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily at the Bunyip service delivering holiday programs.
• Engage children with fun activities and build relationships with families.
• Attend school holiday events such as Melbourne Show and other activities.
• Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 7.00am – 6.00pm with potential term-time ongoing opportunities.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Job Description

As an OSHC Holiday HQ Educator, you’ll work primarily at ourBunyip service, giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community.

What better way to spend the school holidays working with kids on fun activities to keep them entertained? One day you could be attending the Melbourne Show, another you could be hosting a dance class or arts and craft activity. Bring your energy and enthusiasm to our Bunyip service.

Your holiday shifts will be Monday to Friday 7.00am - 6.00pm. There could also be opportunity to join us on an ongoing basis during term time.
