Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is hiring an OSHC Permanent Educator to support Narara OSHClub and engage with families and children after school. You may also assist other services in the region as needed, with weekly shifts of 12 hours across Monday to Friday and extra hours in school holidays.

The role offers a split-shift model, competitive pay ($27–$38 per hour) plus super, and opportunities for career growth within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!).
  • State working-with-children check.
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Job Description

As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work atNarara OSHClub, giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

Weekly shifts and hours: 12hours per week, across Monday - Friday after school shifts. Extra hours available during school holidays too! The minimum availability for this role is 4 afternoons per week.
