Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to work in a school-based OSHC setting.
• Experience supporting children's wellbeing and daily routines.
• Awareness of confidentiality, duty of care and safeguarding principles.
• Ability to collaborate with families, staff and supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of OSHC and Vacation Care programs.
• Support children’s wellbeing, inclusion and daily routines, including personal care where required.
• Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, School and Service policies and the National Quality Framework.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, training and ongoing professional development.
