Job summary

Camp Australia in Ryde is seeking an Outside School Hours Care Educator to support before school, after school, and holiday programs. You will help children grow, learn, and build lasting memories in a warm, safe, and engaging environment.

You will work with families and schools, deliver healthy snacks, and follow safeguarding policies while developing your career through training and study pathways.

Qualifications

• Completed or actively studying a childcare diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card/Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability 6:30 am–9:00 am and 2:30 pm–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Take part in daily activities before school, after school, and during school holidays.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.
