Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking an Educator for the Wahroonga Prep OSHC, offering a permanent part-time role (20 hours/week) with shifts before/after school and during vacation care. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and education within the National Quality Standards framework, engaging children in play-based learning, and maintaining strong relationships with families and staff.

You will work across 7am–9am, 2:30pm–6:00pm on weekdays, with Vacation Care operating 8am–6pm.

Qualifications

• OSHC experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication with families and colleagues.
• Knowledge of National Quality Standards and My Time Our Place.
• Gecko training and First Aid are preferred requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality education and care to children in line with the National Quality Standards.
• Develop positive relationships with children, families and the community.
• Facilitate play-based learning based on children's interests and abilities.
• Document learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
