Job summary

PCYC Yeppoon Fun Squad | Outside School Hours Care is seeking a passionate Educator to join our team. You will supervise and engage children, delivering high-quality and fun programs in a safe, supportive setting.

No formal qualifications are required; a Minimum Certificate III in a relevant area is preferred. First Aid/CPR and some driving credentials are desirable, with opportunities for career progression within PCYC Queensland.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications are prerequisites for this position.
• Minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
• Experience working within the Fun Squad or long day care sector is desirable.
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or be able to obtain).
• In some services, hold a light rigid or medium rigid driver’s licence, eligible to obtain an RDA.
• Hold a Queensland Transport Driver’s Authorisation Card if undertaking Bus Driving duties.

• Interact with and supervise children while delivering fun, high-quality programs as a team.

$37.55 -$45.56 per hour (depends on qualifications and experience, pleasenote that junior rates may apply)
