Job summary

MACSEYE is seeking an experienced OSHC or children's services leader to coordinate the Glen Iris OSHC service. You will lead a small team, cultivate strong relationships with children and families, and develop engaging, child-focused programs in a safe and inclusive environment.

This permanent part-time role offers split shifts (morning and afternoon) with admin time weekly, and support from Area Managers to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) – Completed or in progress.
• Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong communication and collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team of Educators.
• Deliver engaging, child-led, age-appropriate activities.
• Prioritise safety, wellbeing and inclusive environments.
• Build strong connections with children, families, school staff and MACSEYE team.
• Ensure quality and compliance across programming and administration.
