Job summary

MACSEYE is seeking an experienced OSHC leader to coordinate the Glen Iris OSHC service. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with children and families, and help create engaging programs where every child feels safe, included and excited to be there.

In this part-time role, you’ll manage morning and afternoon shifts, share admin time weekly, and collaborate with area managers to ensure high-quality programming, safety and compliance across the service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised).
• Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
