Job summary

MACSEYE in Footscray is seeking a permanent Coordinator to lead service delivery for in-service roles. The role focuses on nurturing environments, planning engaging experiences, and building strong connections with children, families and staff.

You will guide educators, promote wellbeing and safety, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture while advancing professional development and career progression within MACSEYE.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and commitment to making a positive difference.
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and collaborative spirit.
• Diploma level qualification recognised by ACECQA (completed or working towards).
