Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating an OSHC, Early Childhood, or School Age Care service (or be ready to step confidently into a leadership role).
• A genuine passion for creating outstanding experiences for children and families.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-quality OSHC service.
• Inspire, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver exceptional care.
• Plan and oversee engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate programs that reflect children's interests and promote wellbeing.
• Build meaningful partnerships with families, the school community, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and organisational policies.
