Job summary

The TheirCare Pty region seeks an experienced OSHC/childcare leader to oversee 10 services and work with the Operations Manager to drive quality and outcomes. You will travel across Wodonga and surrounding centres, leading embedded practice and ensuring safety, program standards and regulatory compliance.

We value leaders who coach teams, manage rostering and budgets, and actively enhance capability and engagement across communities.

Qualifications

• Previous OSHC/childcare industry experience required.
• Experience as an Area Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
• Knowledge of National Law & Regulations and National Quality Standard.
• Familiarity with TheirCare internal policies and procedures.
• Positive attitude and drive for change.
• Completed qualification approved by ACECQA.
• Current first aid certification.
• Driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is required
• Experience as an Area Manager
• Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations
• Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
• Strong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare’s internal policies and procedures
• Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
• Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
• Current first aid
• Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
