Job summary

CommunityOSH Pty Ltd is hiring an OSHC Assistant to inspire and engage children before and after school care in a Badger Creek setting. This permanent role offers 25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to support families and Educators.

Ideal candidates will hold or be working towards a Cert 3/ Diploma in OSC or related fields, and have current First Aid/ CPR and a valid Working with Children Check, with experience in OSHC or children's services.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be working towards the listed certificates or degree.
• Evidence of current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid/ CPR certification and asthma/anaphylaxis training where required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, engage and guide children through enriching experiences that spark joy and learning.
• Support families and work collaboratively with Educators in a boutique OSHC setting.

Your Role

OSH Assistant to inspire, engage, and guide children through enriching experiences that spark joy, foster learning, and build community connections. Permanent opportunity working 25 hours per week before and after school care.

Ideally hold or working towards any of the below; (must show evidence of working towards)

• Cert 3, 4/ Diploma of School Age Education and Care
• Cert 3, 4/ Diploma of Early Education and Care
• Cert 3, 4/ Diploma in Children's Services or other equivalent
• Degree in Primary/ Secondary Education or Early Childhood Studies or other equivalent.

Experience working in OSHC, Teaching or the children's services sector.

Current and valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.

Mandatory Requirements

A current and valid employer Working with Children's Check.

Completion of National Child Safety Training ( via Gecko)
