Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Orthopedic Registered Nurse based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. You will join a dedicated Orthopaedic team, delivering patient-centred nursing care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote identified health outcomes.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, demonstrate evidence-informed practice, and have orthopaedic or surgical experience if possible. Full working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
• Has Surgical or Orthopaedic experience (preferred).
• All candidates must have full working rights within Australia

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary team.
