Class 1 Orthodontics in Rockingham is seeking an Oral Health Therapist to join our high-performing specialist team. You’ll transition from general dentistry or current orthodontic work into a focused orthodontics pathway with strong mentorship.

This multi-location role involves clinics in Rockingham, West Perth and Busselton, with structured training, exposure to fixed appliances and clear aligner workflows, and a patient-first culture that supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA in Australia.
• Structured, fast-paced clinical environment experience preferred.
• Willingness to specialise in orthodontics and use imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Take diagnostic records, scans, impressions and imaging.
• Assist with fixed appliances, debanding and adjustments.
• Support clear aligner workflows and monitor progression.
• Assist Phase 1, retention and emergency appointments as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment compliance.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and infection control standards.
