Job summary

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking an organisational development professional to shape leadership capability, strengthen culture and drive employee experience. In a collaborative HR team, you will design and deliver innovative people initiatives, lead diversity, equity and inclusion programs, and translate insights into practical workforce solutions that support our high‑performing organisation.

You will facilitate workshops, partner with leaders, and contribute to the Reconciliation Action Plan

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Development or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering organisational development, learning and capability initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships.
• Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering workshops, learning programs and engagement activities.
• A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical people solutions.
• Proven experience managing projects and delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment.
