Job summary

DXC Technology in Canberra is seeking an Organisational Change Manager with NV2 clearance to design and deliver end-to-end change strategies for complex tech-enabled transformations, engaging senior stakeholders to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes.

Based in Canberra, you will lead workshops, readiness assessments, learning design, and capability uplift, while mentoring others and contributing to pre-sales activities to grow the DXC change practice.

Qualifications

• NV2 clearance is a requirement for this role.
• 5+ years delivering organisational change in complex transformations.
• Design and deliver end-to-end OCM strategies including stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in training design and delivery, facilitation and modern learning.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, and their impact on organisations.
• Experience applying human-centred design and agile ways of working.
